About Liz
Having come to century 21 Spectrum in the summer of 2008, I have held my Real Estate license since January 2005 and have had hands on experience in Real Estate since the mid 80's. With 18 years in active business and most experience through starting, owning and selling businesses in my career I have found that most of my real knowledge in business and contract comes by the many years of working in the real business world. My passion seems to be the logistics of contract and I am fascinated at the fact that the Real Estate business is ever-changing-I am always learning something new, which keeps me involved and connected to my job (which I really love). Because I truly believe that each client or customer deserves the most professional and well-informed service I can provide, I have made on-going education one of my top priorities.
I have a beautiful family and am grateful to God for my Husband, Chuck and our 3 children: Robyn, who is grown and married to an Airforce man, working in insurance and attending college, Corrine- who is grown and living close by, working in the medical field and attending college and our son Harry who is in Junior High -he loves wrestling and playing his guitar in church.
My husband and I also own a local equipment rental business (All American Rentime, Inc) which Chuck operates. We have had 14 successful years in operation in the Lakeside location. Throughout any given year, you will find Chuck renting out construction equipment and in the winter he additionally rents ski and snowboard equipment from our snowsport shop. Upon many occasions and especially in the snowsport shop, the whole family will pitch in to help during the busy times.
The lifestyle of this area has really helped to shape many good years of memories for our family. We love the freedom we can experience here and have never looked back to those times when we lived in the city. During these years here, I have learned about every nook and cranny of this beautiful country. From experience I can truly say that if you are thinking about moving here full time or just would like a second home, the "White Mountains" seems to be the buzz word for our great state of Arizona. Where else could you travel just 3 hours from the hot desert of Phoenix and find Pine trees, fishing lakes, hunting, and Snowsport (just to mention a few)-all in one great outdoor scenic package? I am just so grateful for my home here!
If you are in need of an agent who really has a passion for her job and providing high quality and attentive service- please call me and we will talk about your plans to fulfill your dream of living in the White Mountains!
